“Phone is faulty and despit trying, I've not been able to get through to anyone to report it. Finger print doesn't work, snap chat doesn't work, messenger says it's sent messages but doesn't send, I don't get 50% of notifications. When I'm on the phone it cuts out and the phone freezes alot. I'm having to use my old phone to make sure my messages get sent and I receive messages”
