“I redact my earlier review - between Mobiles.co.uk and Samsung there has been a case of false advertising. While placing the order there was an offer of a Chromebook but when I try to claim I am told that the offer had expired the previous. Totally unfair on the customer who places the order based on false information on the website. If the offer was no longer valid then the same shouldnt have been visible while placing the order”
“They sent the wrong phone. I was made to pay to return it even though it was there fault. And I have to wait for it to be received back before they will issue a correct phone. So im still waiting for a new phone. My sim has cut off and customer service were useless! Don't recommend. Dpd lied about 2 failed deliveries and then I missed the 3rd. (I was in the house waiting) And then as they apparently had tired 3 times I had to pay for it to be redelivered. So I spent a week in waiting to then open the wrong phone!”
