1st phone had to be sent back because it didn't work with the sim, second phone was ok but sim didn't work because somebody cancelled my order. Third phone was reordered last Thursday 16th March, now Thursday 23rd March, still haven't got a phone, wish I hadn't bothered, very nice people on the phone. What a load of rubbish

As handsets get ridiculously bigger and bigger, but still needing a good camera on my phone, it seems the only handset that fitted my size-ist wish list at the moment was the iPhone SE. Quality seems decent, it doesn't feel plasticky (?!), I'm impressed with it's battery life - once you get the power settings right for you. I like the size of it and Facetime certainly beats Skype - if you've contacts who also use Apple products! Other than that I find it rather gimicky - no I don't want it to tell me it's my bedtime thank you very much! - the camera is no better than my previous 3yr old Sony and and the Apps that I've had to switch to after using Android for several years feel less intuitive and suffer more connection lag. I have to say that I'm not interested in giving my selfies bunny ears etc. these are more work or hobby related programs. It may be that I've yet to find the best OS equivalents though. I got a refurbished deal for a fantastic price and would certainly recommend going this route - the phone was absolutely like new. So, to sum up... The iPhone SE fits my requirements best of what was available when I needed a new phone. It's not revolutionised my world though and a month in, I'm not a badge wearing, shouting in the street Apple fan. It's a decent phone with a decent camera that does stuff a little differently from 'the other' operating systems out there. Don't be concerned about choosing a refurb though - it'll save you loads.

my experience with mobiles.co.uk has been terrible - they have sent me 2 phones which have been locked to the wrong network. I started this process in May 2016 and a month later I have sent back two phones, spent hours on the phone and am still waiting for a refund. They expect you as the customer to make all the calls to the mObile Phone company to cancel the contract, which you are forced to do when they repeatedly make errors. They offered me a third phone, but said they could not guarantee the same problem would happen again! Then they offered me the chance to upgrade to a new (not refurb) phone at over £100 cost to me!!! I asked to cancel the contract, returned the phone but am atill waiting for full closure of my contract from Vodafone. Vodafone wanted to charge me an early exit fee too! Eventually I was able to explain the situation - that the fault lay with mobiles.co.uk. They have been appalling, and I would advise any customer to stay away!
