“Son insisted I got what he called a good mobile when I was widowed. Quite unable to operate it without the use of one of those little stubby pens! The absolute WORST feature is the fact that it doesn't ring for very long when you have an incoming call - I can't answer it fast enough and therefore miss lots of calls. Then I have to ring them back. I have to admit that the previous mobile (Pay as you go) which my late husband and I had for emergencies was much easier to use, even with a smaller keypad. But I'm struggling on with this, as I've signed up I think for 2 years with it. Might be an expert by the end of that time!”
“So different from my old phone, I have a lot to learn. As an elderly person it will take time.I like the touch screen but find it very sensitive. I must be holding phone wrongly at times or touch something which brings up message "contact disabled" and MMS in the bottom right corner and message doesn't go. I don't understand this so there are a lot of functions I have to become familiar with. I hope, with help from my family, that I will start to enjoy using it.”
