“Good phone. Far too many preinstalled apps which cannot be removed. I'm at 85% memory usage already. Good battery life. Most of issues are with Android rather than phone. Still one or two glitches with android email synching issues.
I had a glitch when my old number was porting and called O2 who couldn't help. Transferred me to Sony. Helpful lady at Sony couldn't help and also said phone was for China market and they were not in a position to support it if it breaks. I never followed this up as guarantee is provided by mobiles.co.uk. (Glitch went away when porting was complete)
