“Everything arrived as ordered. Slightly surprised that the skin came from China (had to pay duties). Latch on the big case is simply not adequate. It opened at the airport when loading onto the luggage belt. I caught it and closed it. Was open again on arrival so I had to buy a strap to secure it for the flight back. The strap that keeps the display closed when not in use had a very cheap plastic buckle. That busted on on first close at the trade show. We could not even find it because if flew so far. Lastly, the bag the display goes into is not well though out. Ours ripped/frayed on first use. The velcro pieces stick to it and made it had to put in the bag. They all seemed like obvious problems so I can't imagine we are the first to experience them. Otherwise the transaction was smooth, the product was as described. We would use you again, and expect to order additional skins.”
