“The texture and consistency of the pencil was very soft and glided on effortlessly, however, there is no staying power. It literally wiped off straight away when I tried it on the back of my hand. Held no staying power when on the lips. Colour was disappointing also, very hard to see when ordering online. Wanted so much to love this, but will not repurchase.”
