“We received the Frem dresser on time and well packaged. The color is true to description and online images. However, when we put it together, the lower left rail was not quite level and the lower drawer would not close properly. We contacted customer service and they took really good care of us. Two new parts were shipped out and delivered within the following week. We haven't replaced the parts to see if that would fix the issue but we are hopeful.”
“LOVE IT. We bought it in the forest green and the color is perfect with the hardware to match. It was missing 6 screws for the drawer assembly but a quick run to Home Depot and we were back in business. It does fingerprint easily though and learn from my mistake, don’t wipe it down with anything other than a soft wood cleaner and a microfiber towel. I used an all purpose wipe and it streaked all over the dresser and was extremely difficult to remove the streaks. Luckily with some elbow grease and a couple hours of free time I was able to buff out the streaks. Other than that we love it. Only deducted a star for the missing parts.”
