“This glider is incredibly comfortable but a huge annoyance is that the plugs underneath the base disconnect constantly making the recline and phone charging features obsolete. The first time it happened I thought the seat was broken but after speaking with customer service this seems to be a known issue. This happens frequently and I’m always turning the chair over to reconnect the plugs. It’s very heavy to do this and incredibly burdensome with a baby so we end up using it more as a seat rather than a recliner which is such a shame. Given the price tag I would have imagined this known inconvenience would have been resolved in the design and manufacturing process. It really is so disappointing because the chair is so comfortable but it does not serve the full intended purpose and I would not purchase again or recommend it until this issue is resolved.”
