“We were pleased with the quality and workmanship on the leather pad (we opted for the higher quality, more expensive leather in navy blue) and the wood bed base was also well-made. However, the legs on one side of the bed are crooked - it appears the holes were drilled at an angle. MC solution was to send us more metal washers for the legs. How was that to remedy the problem? No instructions and didn't seem like a solution to us when we tried them. The daybed will stay against the wall in an attempt to hide the defect, limiting its usefulness to us.”
