Our newest line of seating pays homage to one of Mies van Der Rohe's earilest projects in the United States, even before he becomes an American Citizen. We have designed this Resorhaus Sofa to be a compliment to other chairs we make that are inspired by the Barcelona style furniture. Featuring a high back, deep seats, tufted seat and back cushions that run the entire width and stainless steel tubular legs.

“As architects, we love the Resorhaus sofa with it's single cushions across the seat and back, and inset legs which make for a clean, floating, modern design, that we prefer to the similar Knoll counterpart that is a little clunky in comparison and less sculptural. As expected, the Mies design holds it's own in an eclectic setting of antiques and other modern designs. The fine quality leather and craftsmanship have held up well so far. It's comfortable for seating up to three across or lounging in a prone position with a with some reading material. I expect it will be with us for several decades :-)”
