“This was a gift - the recipient (a family member) describes it as follows: "This is the most perfect chair I have ever sat in. My partner, dog, and I frequently vie for who gets what we refer to as "the throne." The texture is slightly nubbled yet very soft-there's something reassuring about it. Makes an excellent zoom background to intimidate your enemies. Would recommend getting it with the ottoman. Also it just looks good and it's very easy to clean underneath."”

“Having studied Industrial design and its history it was good to find pieces that were the correct size and form as the originals. Modern Classics has done an excellent job making these available, and at a reasonable cost. Even the fabrics are well considered and in many ways exceed earlier manufacturers.
