“The Petite LC2 Ottoman sold by Modern Classics pairs excellently with my Cassina LC3 Grand Modele Armchair at 1/3 the price of the Design Within Reach Cassina model. I am very, very pleased. When the ottoman arrived, I noticed that a portion of the chrome framework was missing. When I brought this to the attention of Curt Roth (Modern Classics owner) he quickly checked the other otttomans on hand and found that there had been a manufacturer's error with them all. In response, he had a new, correct ottoman made with upgraded premium black leather for no additional change. He let me continue using the original ottoman until the new one arrived, then covered return shipping as part of the Modern Classics warranty policy. The replacement is fantastic! I am so pleased with the ottoman and even more pleased with the integrity displayed by Curt and his Modern Classics! Brad L.”
