Hi Nichole, thanks for your feedback! Our Seam free range uses heat fusing tape on the legs and waist instead of elastic. This is what gives the smooth, no VPL finish. Because of this, they may seem quite tight when putting them on for the first time. We recommend giving the waist a little stretch before trying on to activate the tape. You may need to shimmy your way into them, but once on, they will stretch out as you wear them!
