“I bought three pairs of briefs, each with a different flow rating and have been impressed with all of them. You feel dry as the flow is wicked away very quickly.
These are great as a first day or a’ just in case’ day. They are comfortable and easy to use.
I think it takes time to work out how you go about using them, matching to them to the your flow, but it’s only really you who can judge what you’ll need. I found that the absorbency is pretty true to what ModiBodi suggest.
So if you’re on the fence have a go, anything that makes periods a little easier! It is also a bonus to know that I am significantly reducing my use of plastic-y sanitary towels.”
