The first time I wore them as a back up with a pantyliner as I was scared of leaks but then I wore them on their own and they were fine - no leaks. It’s hard to even see or feel how much you have bled as it all disappears somewhere inside, but when rinsing them through afterwards there was a lot of blood so they definitely did the job!
The fit was very generous and I could have gone a size down but I would buy the same size again for extra comfort and room.
