“These are true to size but with plenty of give so if you fall between sizes I would size down. The absorbency is impressive (I previously had to change my pads every 30-1hr on my heavy days). I’ve only used these for one period but they are equivalent in absorbency and superior in comfort to the other brands I purchased previously and they are cheaper! I will be buying more.”
