“Absolutely love the freedom that ModiBodi gives me during my period. It is the first time I’ve tried ‘period pants’ and I’m a convert. I had mine on overnight during the heaviest period I’ve ever had- and NO LEAKS.
My only frustration is that when I was walk in them I have to keep pulling out wedgies (not very sassy).
I am in between sizes and had gone for the larger size based on previous experience with underwear. After one wear I got in touch with Customer support for advice and they were incredibly helpful. I now believe that I should have perhaps gone a size down. I wish I had got in touch with them beforehand!
The customer support team are able to provide advice with styles that might suit my body shape better, so if you are unsure then I’d recommend getting in touch with them before buying!”

I've only tried them the once on my heaviest day for almost 24 hours and they are surprisingly absorbent. I don't have very heavy periods so could probably go with medium if I'm wearing it out and about (currently working from home with lockdown os don't get out much).
They felt a little damp towards the end of the day but no more than I'm used to so nothing major there. They nicely and as expected, I thought they were little large but I think a size down might cause VPL.”
