“First of all I’d say just as normal pants I love these. They are comfortable, great colours and don’t ride up. I’d happily wear them everyday.
Secondly one woman’s light flow is another woman’s heavy flow and visa versa. If you are in the normal range no need to read any further.
For the heavier extremes things get a little tricky but even then I’d say these are good pants to have in your arsenal. They don’t leak through the pants to your clothes or to the front or back. If you’ve pushed them to the limit i.e. wearing light flow pants on a heavy day it’ll come out sideways where “wings” would be.
For the heaviest extreme it turns out blood has a smell. I’d never noticed this on pads. You will need to change the pants a couple of times during the day, which is a faff especially as you need to rinse immediately. I can confirm the need to do this as I have a teenage daughter. Teenagers tend to try to get away with minimal effort. I have been given pants as hard as rocks to deal with.

“I heard of Modibodi months ago but I worried for a loooonng time about switching. What if I leaked? What if they made me hot and sweaty? What if they felt too padded? Well....no, no, and no! These are so comfortable, super clean, and bone dry - on a heavy flow - from dawn to dusk. I love them! My only comment would be that the waist elastic feels tight when I put them on - but once I’m dressed I barely notice it. But if I was wearing a pencil skirt, for example, I’d go for one of Modi Bodi’s sleeker products. Otherwise, I’ve never felt more comfortable and assured. I’ll be buying more...!”
