“I’ve only used it for one period and I have extremely heavy periods due to the copper coil (even after years) and I am very surprised at the overnight staying power of the pants. No leaks and I wriggle around a lot, and I felt dry and not damp like when I use a pad. My only surprise with the product was that the pants were slightly thicker than standard pants, but that’s to be expected as they protect you from bleeding out overnight.
I think I could use it as backup to the cup too, but that is to be tried next time!
