They're quite a bit more 'padded' than the light pants and the absorbent part goes up the back, but they don't feel like a nappy like towels often do. They feel much more secure, no paranoia about leaking at all! Not the sexiest shape but when I'm on my heavy days it's the functionality that is important anyway. Will be buying another pair for when these are in the wash!”
