I would say I have medium flow periods so not crazy heavy and I wore these on my heaviest day and didn’t leak at all.
They aren’t bulky which pleasantly surprised me and look stylish.
My only suggestion would be to buy enough pants to change throughout the day (as you might with pads) as I started to feel a little icky towards the end of the day.”
