“Not great for an actual heavy-ish flow, overnight etc. I had to change pants in the middle of the night. Comfortable, though, and will probably use for first and last days rather than on my heavier days.”

Hi Aimee, thank you for your review! Our underwear is leak proof to the mls specified to that absorbency. Any further fluid absorbed may leak out the sides as it has no where else to go.
