“I've had them for about 7 months now and they are great, particularly overnight. I always found that I would bleed around the pad or it would slip around so these are much more reliable, and manage not to feel gross even when full. It is hard to tell when they are full though - basically you can only tell because blood starts seeping around the edges and onto the crotch/tops of the legs but I have never had a major leak (and it is probably because I'm wearing them for the whole day when really heavy). On heaviest days I'll put them on in the morning and have to change some time in the early evening and then wear that pair overnight.
There is a lot of padding so they get hot but probably still more comfy than pads.
Get your usual size - I'm normally an 8/10 and have M&S size 10 underwear but by the size guide I would've needed at 12. I got a 10 and it was right - a bit big if anything.
Not the best value for money as they are expensive (and I even got them on Black Friday) and will take ~3 years to break even but good for the environment and you have to think about changing a lot less.”
“The underwear is really comfy and more discreet than I imagined. Super absorbant and no leaks. My only reasons for not giving it 5 stars are - I expected to feel a little "drier" I.e. more so than wearing a pad. And they take a little while to rinse through before washing them, but I've never had them before so will get used to that. Definitely ordering some more!”
