“I have tried a number of things such as cups and reusable pads however I had not found that they worked for me.
These pants work. I wear them over night and there are no leaks and they are really comfortable. They are true to size and fit.
The only thing to be aware of is that (due to how well they work and how absorbent they are) they take a long time to dry.

“I've been using a menstrual cup for a some years, but started having problems with it, so made the switch to Modibodi (wanting to keep it sustainable!).
Initially I was reluctant to to trust these pants, just in case they weren't as absorbent as promised, but they proved me wrong. While initially it was a bit of an alien feeling, I soon got used to them, and they absorb so quickly. You never feel "wet" and I never smelt anything either which was my other worry. I've washed them twice and they come out the wash perfectly.
Overnight wear is comfortable and reliable, with the absorbant pad running all the way up the back.

“Got in the 5 pack multibuy for a daughter who already has the moderate flow version. These are entirely functional, great absorbency and good for long school days or overnight. The ones with the lacy tops are much prettier but were not available, the elastic is a bit too narrow and bends in half in wear.
