Not a single leak! Even my cup doesn't take this much, and it is so much comfier than wearing a pad! The one thing I'd say is, it does smell as much as a pad - not a problem when wearing clothes but if you're like me and share a bathroom with the rest of your office, it isn't any more discreet.
