I don't have a heavy flow so can endure wearing one pair for quite a few hours.. they are extremely comfortable, no leaking whatsoever, and none of that "wet" feeling, not to mention environmentally friendly! I would just like to start off and say I was VERY skeptical about these - I've used pads/tampons for about 10 years now and found it hard to believe that underwear can be leak-proof and offer the same level of comfort. The underwear feels like a normal underwear but the bit that soaks up blood is thicker and a little bit stiffer, but once I put it on I could barely feel a difference. It felt weird not wearing a pad to bed and I laid a towel down just in case, then I went to bed with my fingers crossed that I would not wake up to a crime scene. And you guys. I swear these are black magic because I was so impressed to see my white bedsheets were completely spotless in the morning! Normally when I'm on my period I have to sleep flat on my back and try to stay very still throughout the night, which is hard because I toss and turn quite a lot; sometimes blood will leak off my pad but there was no issue whatsoever with these. I must note, however, that I did put on the underwear about 3 hours before I went to bed, and there was a little leakage between my thighs but I don't think it's a fault of the product, considering I had worn the underwear for about 12 hours. I was worried about how it would feel to wake up with underwear full of blood (was expecting to be sitting in a pool of blood by morning) but I felt dry down there and honestly I am just very happy with my purchase, and will definitely be using these instead of pads in the future, as they are more eco-friendly. The underwear was shipped in cardboard/biodegradable packaging so I am very pleased with Modibodi's commitment to sustainability. After reading some reviews about sizing (I am between 2 sizes), I opted to size down and it was snug, but I do imagine that with time they will stretch out a little bit.”
