“I got a size 12/M when usually I buy size 10/S underwear, to see if they'd be more comfortable but still fit OK when my stomach is extra sensitive, and they're great - so comfortable, do the job well, only problem I found was the cotton fabric stains, so would recommend getting the dark colours”
