“I have been buying Modibodi undies for about 10 years and I usually am very happy. Unfortunately the last two times that I bought ModiBodi Classic Full briefs in both light and medium weights there have been issues with the lining becoming exposed or seams opening up after the first wash on a couple of pairs. As I have not changed washing machines, washing detergent or wash cycle (delicate) I can only put it down to either fabric change or poor quality construction. Not sure if anyone else has experienced a change in the quality of the undies but I am not as satisfied a customer as I used to be. Thanks for taking this feedback on board.”

“Easy to navigate website and order goods, which came promptly. One of the male briefs had a 2 cm hole between the elastic band and the brief fabric. It was easier to repair it here than bother returning it. Otherwise very happy with the briefs, both female and male.”

“I received the two items very promptly but when I opened the parcel I discovered they were much too large. In order to find this, I, of course, had to open one package. I emailed immediately stating that I had not tried on the undies but had followed the Size Guide on the website. I was then asked to repeat that I had not tried on the undies. I did so, and was quite annoyed by the tone of the email. The next email I received stated that further advice would be sought. I noticed that a rival firm offering the same type of underwear offers a replacement for the incorrect size without the necessity of returning the items. Quite a different attitude. Now I am informed that an exchange can be made- once! Obviously this will be my last purchase from this vendor.”
“I was so pleasantly surprised with the Bikini! The material is slightly scratchy on the outside, so if oyu are sensitive to that then consider if its for you. Overall they are gorgeous, good quality and i felt comfortable in them”
