“I received the delivery for my order on 3/7/2026, however it was missing one item. I emailed you and your AI was quick to respond however until today 14/7/2026 I have not received a response from a human. I have asked for a refund of the missing item and still waiting for a reply and for my refund. I have bought from you in the past and the products seem good, however there seems to be a lack of customer service.”

“I bought a set of Modibodi's earlier version underwear, but tried another brand (which does not use merino) when it wore out just to see what the difference was. It was a big difference. I finally decided I could not make do with a more common cotton based menstrual underwear for my heaviest day, and got me some new Modibodi. All is well again!”

“At the beach condo and my 13 year old has been in the pool and at the beach all day! She feels safe and is blissfully enjoying her childhood. I am SO grateful for the swimwear! We got the bottoms for her and she prefers them over the other period swimwear we got for her...way more absorbing and less changes. Thank you for giving young ladies their childhood back!”

“I've worn the Saalt seamless underwear for years and really like them, but wanted to try something new and more natural fibers. I really like the ModiBodi. Here's what I found: The ModiBodi versions have softer but more structured materials. I feel a bit more "held in" with the ModiBodi version but they're still very comfortable. The gusset in the ModiBodi styles is a little higher in the front which is great and is made of a bit softer materials. I think I'm going to switch over to ModiBodi for good!”

“Their sizing runs true, I'm 88kg 1.60m and wear a 46/48 or 2XL usually so I got their 48 and it fits comfortably without being snug. I might have gotten away with a 46, but I like being comfy. I got several of their viscose "Sensual Hi Waist Bikini" panties in moderate and light and they wear like a dream. After giving birth a year ago I still struggle with leaking when sneezing, so I'm wearing them daily and they work great. They also held up during my less heavy period days. As I'm a heavy bleeder, I got some "Seamfree Full Brief" in Super for my heavy flow days (easily 2-3 menstrual cups) and I'm happy to report they absorbed it all and I felt dry enough to be comfortable all day. However the material on this product is a lot thicker and feels more plasticky and less breathable all over, so I sadly sweat a lot in it. They work really well, but I was uncomfortably sweaty on my bum and belly all day, so that is sad. They honestly feel like thick swimwear. If it were not for this, they would be the best I ever had. Also, because they are quite thick and less stretchy, they gape quite a bit at the lower bum. Function wise it didn't make a difference, but it felt a bit weird and less seamless as I'd liked. Still a decent product for the price. So I'm so-so overall. Shipping to EU was fast and fair.”
