“I received the two items very promptly but when I opened the parcel I discovered they were much too large. In order to find this, I, of course, had to open one package. I emailed immediately stating that I had not tried on the undies but had followed the Size Guide on the website. I was then asked to repeat that I had not tried on the undies. I did so, and was quite annoyed by the tone of the email. The next email I received stated that further advice would be sought. I noticed that a rival firm offering the same type of underwear offers a replacement for the incorrect size without the necessity of returning the items. Quite a different attitude. Now I am informed that an exchange can be made- once! Obviously this will be my last purchase from this vendor.”

“AI responds to messages and when you get a real person they don’t address my consumer rights for postage refund. It should take two weeks to get an order from an Australia owned company. The quality feels somewhat cheap and isn’t as comfortable as Bonds, they’re so stiff that they ride up your backside.”

“I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. I placed an order on 1 Jan at 10pm and shortly after realised I had ordered the wrong item (a brief instead of a set of bikini). As the order hadn’t been dispatched, I emailed to either change the delivery address or cancel the order.
I was initially told it hadn’t been over 24 hours and they would see what could be done. I replied requesting cancellation, but then received a response saying the order had been processed and neither option was possible — even though it still hadn’t been dispatched. This directly contradicted the earlier response.
When I questioned this, I was told it was due to an automated response and nothing could be done. I also received the order on 12 Jan, despite the stated delivery timeframe being 3–5 business days, with no updates or apology for the delay.
Overall, once you place an order, you’re stuck. Returns require paying all delivery fees, making it not worth it. Very poor system and customer experience.”
