“Repeat customer here, first time having issues and cannot get non AI answers to address my questions. Ordered 3 items (2 of the same). The duplicate items sizing is completely off, the large is nothing like I've received in the past and the other item was advertised as seamless but the item has thick seams. I want to return all 3 but cannot get an answer will I get my money back if I pay to return the items. Items have tags and are unworn. I just had to take them out the plastic to judge sizing and material. Never had an issue with a product before so this is my first experience with a return and it is one of the worst I'vee dealt with.”

Since then my daughter has got her period is at her summer camp and having to abstain from activities and causing her upset and me anger, frustration and disappointment.”

“For almost $70.00 dollars I received a swimsuit bottom! Where is the top that was in the image of the bottom half that arrived? This is highway robbery. I would never spend another penny on anything you sell. This is deceptive advertising...I don't even know if you just didn't send it an were suppose to send it. Will not recommend you to anyone. Thanks but no thanks.”

“I paid for express post to try and get the items I needed before going away. It took 2 days for shipping label to even be created and 6 days for the delivery to arrive at my house (in Sydney Metro). On enquiring I was told there was a backlog after the long weekend. I get that, but there really could have been some sort of a notice on the website for expected delays. Most express shipping I order (from other companies) arrives the next day, 2 days later at most. It was very disappointing.”
