“The period undies themselves are good, no leaks or issues - how ever they do not honour their return policy of the 60 day trial and being able to return one item. I bought multiple pairs in different styles, but the basic mid rise briefs were so much smaller than the other styles. I wear a size 16 in normal undies. They dismissed me asking to claim the free return/swap as they were not fit for purpose, and so now it was just wasted money for me on 2 pairs that were so tight they left marks on my thighs. My mother had also bought some in the same style from Aldi when they had them in stock there and she told me she had to go up 2 sizes because they were so small, she usually wears a 10 and had to buy 14. Super disappointing that different styles require different sizes, it shouldn't be like that when buying underwear, so for that I won't buy from them again.”

“Two deliveries, one with an item missing, the next with the wrong item. It took two emails and 3 weeks to receive the correct item first time around. I had to do a size exchange, but was then sent the incorrect item. I reported the second incorrect delivery over a week ago but the correct item still hasn't shipped. No refunds on swimwear is a bit inconvenient given how difficult it is to find swimmers that fit.”

“Spent a small fortune on period underwear for my two teenage daughters. Not impressed with the quality of the newest ones. They leak right through. Had 2 pairs of the boy leg ones leak on my daughter. Terribly embarrassing outing today needing new pants while out shopping”

“Really love the thong underwear, especially the wide gusset is appreciated for extra security. Only issue was that regular boyshort leaked at the back overnight as the protective gusset only goes halfway up the fabric at the back”
