“I bought two pairs of light/moderate bikini briefs, and one pair of overnight heavy flow. I have used them for my last two periods, and they are a great product. I wear the light bikini towards the end of my period, especially when exercising, when you know your period is almost, but not quite over. And the overnight heavy pants are so great at night. No more waking up to leaks, or feeling 'swampy' during the night. They are heavy enough to have a reassuring weight to them, you know they will do the job, but not the feel of a surfboard jammed between your legs. It's the first time I have slept really well at night during the first couple of days of my period, and I've been menstruating for a looong time!
The best thing about them is they don't make you hot and sweaty, or feel like you're wearing a nappy, like pads do. And they're much nicer looking than the 'period' undies that every woman has in her drawer. They are so easy to wash - a quick rinse and then straight in the machine - and they really work.
I also feel really good about reducing my contribution to landfill.
I'm really happy with the product, and I have a pair of the teenage briefs tucked away for when my daughters might need them in the next few years. I wish they'd been around when I was younger, they will make life so much easier for young menstruaters.
