I mostly use them as back-up for a menstrual disc but with the light-moderate absorbency I have the option to use them by themselves as well on some days/nights. I find Modibodi runs small - I have to get a 12 whereas I’m usually a 10 in underwear and an 8/S in regular clothes.”
