But they also call a 36 an XS here (normally that would be an S). But the size guide told me a 36/XS would fit. Unfortunately those were too small. So I went for a 38/S. Those fit perfectly. So when you have a hard time deciding, my advice would be to choose a size bigger”

“The sizing of the underwear is completely oversized. I ordered 4 pairs of small period underwear,which were way too big and more like a size 14. I paid 100 euros and had to send 3 pairs back,because I had to open one pair to try on for size which is not returnable. This means I paid 25 euros for this and they're useless. I paid 16 euros to return these via registered post and was left waiting for my exchange for weeks. I had to contact you via email and ask about the status of my return. This took a bunch of emails back and forth which only had I registered the post I would not have any proof I returned them. When I finally got my exchange for a xs, these are also way too big soo I am out of pocket for 116 euros for a product which I cannot use. I use period underwear from other retailers such wuka and thinx and they were so much better with sizing, exchanging and customer service. I decided to try your items and I am really disappointed. I never send bad reviews online however you have asked for my feedback.”
