“I took the trouble to go to big W to buy a pair of your underwear to make sure I had the right size before ordering on line. When the order turned up it was the same size on the tag but they where are quarter size smaller the the big W one. When I try to explain this to one of your consultants she gave me the worst service I have ever had from a company so please don't ever contact me again. I will never bother to buy from you.”
