In terms of actual product details, I ordered the classic full brief, but in my job, I have to lean way back a lot and so I leaked over the back border of the gusset. I have a couple pair on order where the gusset goes to the back waistline and I am sure they will be perfect for my needs. As far as absorbancy, no leaks at all (I would say I have a moderate flow.) I love this product!”

I think the full briefs need a wider waist band.
It would also be good for incontinence, to have a little more coverage in the front.
