“I've only used it once, but there were no leaks and it was much more comfortable to wear than a pad (and infinitely more comfortable than a tampon). However, I'm concerned about washing it because I washed it just as it said (except for I ended up using a broken washer on accident which may have washed it warm instead of cold) and it still looks and smells slightly dirty. Not like I need to wash it again before using, just that it doesn't seem entirely clean. Also, I don't think the absorbent part goes high enough up in the backside, I often leak back there when I am laying in bed or sitting oddly and I am afraid this wouldn't protect me against that. Also, I have no idea how long you are supposed to wear these for, but after like 8 hours or less it smelled kind of bad (probably should expect that though, not like there's a healthy way to make it not smell). They were extremely helpful for working out, though! I hate tampons, and pads often slide around and bunch up when exercising, so these were a great solution. I was concerned when I got them that they were too small, but after wearing them and washing them they fit perfectly, like they molded to me or something. The fabric is soft and stretchy all over, and they look extremely well-made. Overall, a better experience than any other period product I've used!”
Hi Leah, did you rinse them out under cold water first? This is essential to remove all the blood that was absorbed! Then, you can wash them with your other laundry.

The time in which you can wear them for will differ to another as we're all different! It also depends on your flow and the absorbency that was purchased. They are completely safe to wear all day though, if your flow doesn't breach the max capacity of the undies. As a helpful note, the undies should start to feel heavy and the top layer of the fabric should feel slightly damp when it is time to change over for a fresh pair.

“This one is perfect for pairing with a cup or tampon. Or for my moderate days/nights. I usually wear a medium but I read the reviews on this one being tight, so I ordered a large. It was still really tight when it arrived but like it says on the tag once you wash and wear, it fits perfect.
P.S. I don't like really tight underwear and felt perfectly secure even when they got looser but if you like to be really Snug then I would order your normal size.”
“I bought several panties and picked this seamfree thinking I can wear it with tights. It’s pretty comfortable but a little stiff not as stretchy as the cotton ones. Also because their cotton panties are so comfortable, I probably will stay with the cotton ones. For a heavy flow day, it doesn’t absorb as fast as pads, so I probably will use a tampon for the heavy days. But for a light day, these parties work great!”
