“I’m generally a size 12 on the bottom leaning towards a 14 but being pregnant I thought I’d size up, if you prefer a more snug fit in underwear I’d stick to the smaller side, I ended up swapping mine for the smaller size. The cut aren’t the kind to dig in/cause that muffin top feeling if on the smaller side.
Comfort wise they’re great for peace of mind without needing to bother with a panty liner, they don’t dig in or ride up. Highly recommend!”
