The padding is not that thick so it’s almost comparable to regular underwear. the absorbency is incredible, I’ve never had a leak with it and it lasts basically a whole day on one of my medium to light days or close to half a day -ish on my heaviest days. The fact that these dry really really quickly also means if you have two of them you can just rotate them throughout your periods and have everything coverage.
