“I absolutely love modibodi undies, they are super comfy and supportive i don't have to worry about leakage, moving pads or pad changing anymore.
On my heavier days i would probably change to a new pair earlier(like in the afternoon) than i would my lighter days, usually before bed. I rinse them in the shower, throw them in a quick wash and hang them to dry, super easy. I do think it's important to have about 5-6 pairs to make life easier.
