I was unsure for quite a well because I was finding pads were not as comfortable as they used to be but I still wasn’t fully comfortable with tampons and always on my heaviest nights I would ruin my sheets or pjs due to leaking. Finally I bought a couple of these. The first night I wore them I woke up and there was some leakage on my pants but not the sheets. The second night there was no leaking at all! I do not regret buying them, hoping that leak was a once-off - I have quite a heavy flow and I may have been sleeping in a funny position”

Hi Crystal, we're sorry that you feel this way! The absorbency purchased is best for overnight use. Perhaps our moderate-heavy or light-moderate absorbency may be more suitable for you?
