“The undies definitely do the job and I haven't had any leaks, however a minor nitpick is that they still feel slightly bulky like you are wearing a pad. I prefer wearing the lighter undies as a back up for a cup or on lighter days.”

When I first got them, I put it through the test by wearing them throughout my period ( made possible as I was mostly at home during the pandemic) and it never leaked from the sides. “These undies are really reliable, which I really appreciate. The body and absorbent parts are super soft and never uncomfortable and the undies themselves have good stretch. I'd say go for your normal size. I prefer to wear these 24/7 for the first few days of my period when my flow is the heaviest, but I don't recommend wearing them during the day if it's really hot or you're going to be doing something that makes you sweat because the absorbency going all the way up the back will make you hotter. You know that scrunching sound you sometimes get with pads? That won't happen with these. I don't personally love the bikini cut for my body and beware, the orange is like high-vis orange. Still, I really like them.”
