Fast forward to my first period since buying, I was a bit hesitant to wear them with no tampon or pad back up, but what the hell, if I leaked it wouldn't be the first time haha. It went really well, unfortunately I did leak through on day 2 period day, I'd worn a pair all day and leaked a little, but nothing like the pad/tampon failure, so these are definitely a winner for me.
