I have light-moderate flow and they lasted me the whole day. I was a little concerned about leakage, but my fears were unfounded. “I love this too. Despite the size guide suggesting a size 8 (XS), I went with a size 10 (S) and definitely made the right choice. I do not like very snug underwears as they dig into my inner thighs. The fit is great! It's very similar to Bonds, even size-wise, ie, I won't go for Bonds 8 as they are pretty snug. This feels like any regular underwear except you can go pad/tampon/cup free on light days. Bliss.”
