“I wear this style as my daytime period underwear. Although the flow is light to moderate, they cope well with my heaviest days whilst feeling comfortable and soft. I usually wear a 10 in trousers but I get a 12 in these just because I dont want anything digging in and they're perfect, not loose at all. They're nice and stretchy and really work!
