We bought plenty (the sets are great value) so she knows she has enough to change throughout the day- again, another thing (changing clothes) that those with ADD can have difficulty with. There is no panic now about the need to change pads throughout the day or about leaking through because she hadn’t replaced the pad. The briefs are amazing in how much they hold, how long they last, and how comfortable they are. They have made managing periods so much easier! A godsend!”
