“These undies are really reliable, which I really appreciate. The body and absorbent parts are super soft and never uncomfortable and the undies themselves have good stretch. I'd say go for your normal size. I prefer to wear these 24/7 for the first few days of my period when my flow is the heaviest, but I don't recommend wearing them during the day if it's really hot or you're going to be doing something that makes you sweat because the absorbency going all the way up the back will make you hotter. You know that scrunching sound you sometimes get with pads? That won't happen with these. My only wish is that they came in a better range of lighter colours since I don't really ever wear dark coloured clothing, but they are still the best I've found.”
