Hi Beverley, we're so sorry that you're experiencing this sizing issue. Our garments are all true to size and while we factored in the gusset length changes, there may still be a very slight difference. If they were tried on over undies and remain unworn/unwashed, you can return them back to us within 30 days pf purchase.
