Hi Elena, thank you for your review! Our Moderate-Heavy absorbency holds 15mls of fluid. Leakage out the side seams indicates that the maximum absorbency amount is breached. When this happens, the excess fluid that was absorbed has no where else to go so it will leak out the side seams. I would recommend trying our Heavy-Overnight or Maxi-24hrs absorbency for your heavy days :)
