I was able to wear 4 to 6 hours before seeing a quarter sized leak. They are also very comfortable and look nothing like regular granny period panties! I just wish they could have withstood another 4 to 6 hours, so I could totally be pad free when working at the office. These would definitely be perfect for typical Heavy or moderate flowers.
